[HT-322] Not all variables being displayed on web - Water Information Management

Description

All Variables for a bore are not being displayed on the web.

For example bore 58112 has 24 variables (see attachment).

The latest values tab displays 5, the Details tab lists all 24 but only 5 are labelled and the Data tab only has 5 to select from.
